Rescue U delivers technical rescue training, consultation, policy and program review. We offer equipment demonstrations, gap assessments, rescue team management and more to public and private emergency response personnel and agencies nationwide. Our niche is specialty technical rescue training and bringing real world experience to the classroom and training grounds. We can accommodate groups of any size and can tailor these programs to audiences of any skill level.

Our instructors don’t just teach – they are active field rescue technicians with backgrounds in federal, state, county and local technical rescue/urban search and rescue teams. Their experience is a combination of military, industrial, fire, EMS, police, aero-medical, emergency medicine, haz-mat, US&R, and emergency management. The diversity of our instructors’ experience and education allows them to blend real-world tactics, techniques, and procedures with customized curriculum and consensus-based standards. Rescue U’s course offerings are designed to meet best industry practices as well as federal, state or local regulations. Our instructors serve on various industry committees, including NFPA 350: Guide for Safe Confined Space Entry and Work.
