Resourcefulness
This is where the “Rubber Meets the Road.” Each day we support our clients with rescue teams and minimal staffing. We are also always putting a round peg in a square hole, we must constantly adapt to this and find innovative and unique ways train first responders. Financial impacts, minimal staffing, and lack of equipment are just some of the obstacles departments face each day. Each day we deal resourcefully with these problems and help each other succeed and our core values are equal to the level of craftsmanship we deliver to first responders.
Innovation
Each day Med-Tex Services supports our clients in all aspects of Health, Safety and Rescue Services, and we continue to bring back that knowledge and share our experiences with others. We continue to innovate in our practices and leverage the collective knowledge so we can pass that on to others. Innovation is key to continued growth and development and like putting a man on the moon, without innovation we wouldn’t have achieved that challenging feat.
Honesty
This is one of the most basic of core values and is demonstrated by what we say and by what we do. This, along with Integrity are the foundation upon which all of Rescue U’s values stem from, where relationships are built, trust is earned, and continued growth is achieved.
Dependability
Rescue U delivers the highest quality of training available and continues to deliver that level of quality and dependability to our first responders. We provide unsurpassed service that, together, deliver premium value to the men and women who serve our community and country. With over thirty years of experience, sufficed to say that we are dependable, reliable and value your time.
Education
Education is defined as the ”Action or process of educating OR being educated.” We strive for the highest level of knowledge to share with others. As trainers and educators, our focus remains passing on and sharing this knowledge along with our experience. Never are we satisfied as we continue to learn. Some of the greatest teachers remain students themselves and constant reflection is key which is why we remain students and teachers in the art of technical rescue.
Integrity
Integrity is the act of behaving honorably, even when no one is watching. This is clearly demonstrated by our moral and ethical principles in all aspects of consultation and the real-world training we deliver. Our instructor cadre live these values each day as first responders, members of the military, and first receivers. They bring that real-world experience to the front line of Rescue U and doing things with integrity is not optional, it’s who we are.
